Who we are

Our owner and operator is Upscale Entertainment Ltd, a company with registration no. 15924 in Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Our licence, no. ALSI-202411012-FI1, was issued by the Anjouan government, which also regulates us. Gladiator Solutions Limited, a Cyprus company, supports our operations and handles payments for Upscale Entertainment Ltd as its agent.

Who can play

To play you must be 18 or over, or older where the law that applies to you sets a higher legal age. Access to our casino is restricted in Romania, Curacao and the Netherlands, and players from countries that require a local licence for online casinos, including France, the French territories and Lithuania, cannot deposit, bet or play. Using a VPN, proxy or any other way of hiding your real location to get around these rules is not allowed and can lead to the account being closed.

Your account

Register personally with your real name, date of birth, address, phone number and email address. Each person may open only one account, and duplicate accounts can be closed at once. Keep your username and password to yourself. If you lose them, use the Forget your Password link under the login form. To close your account, email our support team.

Bonuses

Unless an offer says otherwise, a deposit bonus and its qualifying deposit are wagered 35 times and a free bonus 50 times. Bonuses must be wagered within 7 days, only one bonus can be active at a time and each bet must stay below 20% of the bonus value. Live casino games count 0% towards wagering. To cash out winnings from a free no-deposit bonus you need at least one deposit of 20 AUD and completed wagering. You can get each promotional bonus once per person, and the same applies per IP address, device, family, address and payment account.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits must come from an account in your own name, and every deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated, the minimum withdrawal is AUD 200 and the maximum per transaction is AUD 2,000. Cashouts go back only to payment systems you used for a deposit, and prepaid card deposits are cashed out by bank transfer. Verification of your age, identity and address takes place with your first withdrawal request. If requested documents do not arrive within 3 days, pending withdrawals are cancelled.

Fair play
