Responsible Gambling
Play for fun
Gambling should be a leisure activity, not a way to make money. Only play with money you can afford to lose, keep track of the time and money you spend, and never chase your losses.
Session time limits
You can set a maximum session time by contacting our support team. Once the limit is set, you cannot keep playing past it in any one session. If you raise or remove a limit, a seven-day cool down period applies, and your existing limit stays in force during that time.
Taking a break
If you want a short break from gambling, contact customer support and we can close or freeze your account for the period you choose.
Self-exclusion
If gambling starts to feel out of control, email [email protected] and say clearly that you want to self-exclude. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and keeps your account closed for at least 6 months, or permanently if you ask for it. During this time requests to reopen the account are rejected in most cases. We also suggest asking other gambling sites where you have accounts to exclude you.
Ask yourself
Do you gamble to escape boredom or problems, hide your gambling from others, or feel you must win back losses straight away? The more questions you answer with yes, the more likely it is that gambling has become a problem.
Where to get help
Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy offer free support to people affected by gambling.
Protecting children
Our services are only for people aged 18 or older. If you share your computer with children, filtering software such as Net Nanny or CyberPatrol can block access to gambling websites.
